Global Action for Peace and Prosperity
Global Peace and Prosperity Initiative (GLOPPI) is a rights-based international organisation actively operating in the Horn of Africa, focusing on Kenya, Somaliland, and Somalia. GLOPPI envisions a peaceful and prosperous world where human and minority rights are exercised and fully enjoyed by all.
In collaboration with diverse partners, GLOPPI strives to transform the lives of vulnerable, marginalised, excluded, and impoverished communities – particularly women, children, youth, minority, and endogenous groups – through innovative, high-impact, and relevant programs and projects. These initiatives address critical needs in areas such as sustainable livelihoods, food security, environmental sustainability, entrepreneurship, value addition, resilience building, and access to social services, democracy, good governance, human rights, gender equality and social inclusion, as well as emergency response and protection.

Our Vision and Mission
VISION: GLOPPI envisions a peaceful and prosperous world where human and minority rights are exercised and fully enjoyed by all.
MISSION: In collaboration with diverse partners, GLOPPI strives to transform the lives of vulnerable, marginalised, excluded, and impoverished communities – particularly women, children, youth, minority, and endogenous groups – through innovative, high-impact, and relevant programs and projects. These initiatives address critical needs in areas such as sustainable livelihoods, food security, environmental sustainability, entrepreneurship, value addition, resilience building, and access to social services, democracy, good governance, human rights, gender equality and social inclusion, as well as emergency response and protection.
GLOPPI empowers poor, marginalised, excluded, and suffering individuals to lead peaceful and prosperous lives. We support their journey from poverty to prosperity, from battle (conflict) to peace, and from plight (emergencies) to protection and saving lives. Our primary focus lies in countries and regions/districts where populations are most affected by extreme poverty, recurrent violent conflicts, weak governance, and the marginalisation and exclusion of minorities, especially women, children, and minority/indigenous communities.

As we grow, we aim to extend our reach to more countries worldwide, working hand-in-hand with communities to foster peace and development.
